Had a great day out yesterday - from Llanfair Caereinion to Welshpool on a steam train and then an old bus to explore Powis Castle - lots of tea and cakes!
Today we are driving back home, before leaving I manage to get in a short 25 mile ride...
It was drizzly and breezy - not really sure which direction the wind was coming from! Did the ride in 1hr 20mins - 18.5 mph. A good test of the knee. Not too bad, and Clare keep reminding me to do my stretches!
