I called the bike shop this morning and they hadn't done my bike yet. They didn't fill me with confidence that the bike was going to be coming back to me before this weekend in good working order. Hopefully they will look at it today and have whatever parts they need - though as they are not a Specialized dealer I'm a little worried!
I am also aware that I don't really know how best to keep my bike in good condition! What tools and cleaning materials should I be using? Advise welcome!
