The knee was a bit tight this morning, but after a good stretch I was ready to get out again.
Having not ventured very far from home yesterday, I decided to do a 30 mile loop today, building things back up slowly. A new route today, to Stansted Abbots via Widford, then back down the A414 to Harlow and back home via Allens Green.
An enjoyable ride, with some good stretches while on the bike. My knee felt a bit stiff later in the day, but not too sore.
I'm off to Wales with the family this weekend to see my parents, I'm taking the bike, but not sure how much riding I'll get in!
